This is the album artwork for a personal piece of work I am doing called ‘lost Galaxies’
Aside from designing, my other hobby is music production. This release is a mix of hip hop and trip hop beats, with a space theme.
The tracks are meant to reflect a journey into space from take off to landing, hence the track names which suggest the imagery or feelings of what is happening at that point on the journey. Nothing is for certain, and it open to the listener to decide the elements of the journey.
To reflect the above idea, I felt I needed artwork and content to matchup. I designed the background to be abstract space imagery, and with the logo, I tried to give a sort of soviet-era space program feel.
